Exchange or return of goods
At Pot Foods, we prioritize the freshness and quality of our products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept exchanges or returns once an order is placed.

How do I place my order ?
- Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the required quantity and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products on your cart).
- ‘In Shopping cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
- To shop with us, you can either log into your Thinpandangal account or simply continue as a guest user.
- Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.
Will I get confirmation that my order is placed successfully?
We will send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. Sit back, relax and wait for your awesome sweets or snacks to reach to your place.
When will I receive my order?
We will ship your product on your provided shipping address. We have partnered with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will ship your orders on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Usually, the delivery within Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry will take place in 48 to 72 hours and for deliveries to Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and Karnataka will take place in 3-5 days. Rest of India shipping will vary anywhere between 4 to 7 business-days or earlier to that.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
We will issue an invoice, once your order is delivered.

What payment mode do you accept?
We accept Domestic payments (in ₹ India Rupees only) via Debit card/Credit card/Net Banking/UPI and through major payment wallets.
What security do you use to accept and process payment?
We need you to feel Safe and Secure while making the purchase in our web portal.
All the Transactions are protocoled in a Premium Web Server. We use a high-Class 256 bit extended Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption mechanism to ensure all the transactions are securely transmitted and other sensitive information is safeguarded from unauthorized use of any individuals over the Internet.
What happens if my payment gets failed.?
- Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks/card-compnay within 7-14 business days.

Are there any hidden surcharges?
No – not at all. You pay for the product you choose and the same will be charged/debited from your account as well.
Are there any shipping charges?
We offer nominal shipping charges to the following states: Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, and Karnataka. For the Rest of India, there will be a fixed shipping fee.
